Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 July 2026
1. Agreement
These terms apply whenever you use weekcraft.co.uk (the "Site"), download an app listed on it, buy a digital product through the Shop, or engage Weekcraft for services. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
2. Apps
Apps listed under /apps are free or freemium and are downloaded and installed via third-party app stores (e.g. the App Store, Google Play). Your use of each app is also governed by that app store's terms and by any in-app terms specific to that app. We provide apps "as is" and make no guarantee they will be free of bugs, though we aim to fix reported issues promptly.
3. Digital products (Shop)
- Sale and delivery. Digital products (music packs, character/asset packs, marketing kits) are sold and delivered through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy calculates, collects, and remits applicable VAT/sales tax on each sale. Products are delivered as digital downloads immediately after payment confirmation, typically via an email from Lemon Squeezy containing your download link.
- License. Unless a specific product page states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload the raw files themselves as a standalone product (e.g. reselling a music pack as your own pack).
- Refunds. Because digital products are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a file is corrupted, missing, or materially different from its product page description, contact hello@weekcraft.co.uk within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
4. Services
Submitting the services enquiry form is not a booking or a binding commitment — it starts a conversation. Scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables for any automation or marketing engagement are agreed separately in writing (e.g. a proposal or statement of work) before any paid work begins.
5. Advertising
Some pages on the Site (Drops, Apps, and any blog-style posts) display third-party advertising served through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of ads served by Google or its advertising partners. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work.
6. Intellectual property
The Weekcraft name, logo, and site content (excluding purchased digital product files, which are licensed as described in Section 3) remain the property of Weekcraft.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site, apps, and digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weekcraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, apps, or products.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. Contact
